| Abstract: | This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with the retention and turnover of Generation Z workers in different countries, encompassing studies conducted in international organizational contexts through an integrative literature review. The research was based on scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, retrieved from the CAPES Periodicals Portal, which was selected due to its broad coverage and the possibility of accessing different databases, providing greater reach in identifying studies relevant to the topic, using the descriptors "Generation Z" AND "turnover". The results were organized into four thematic macro-categories: leadership, organizational commitment and sense of belonging; work-life balance and retention; work environment, career development and employer branding; and motivation, occupational stress, and psychological factors. It is concluded that understanding these aspects can support human resource management practices aimed at reducing turnover among Generation Z professionals and contribute to the development of research on the topic. |
