| Summary: | O presente trabalho tem por objetivo expor meu relato sobre a elaboração do audiovisual “EU”, que relaciona minhas emoções com o ser mulher, e representa um processo de autodescoberta do EU. O processo está focado em dois aspectos: ser Mulher e Ser Artista. O processo de autodescoberta teve como base um diário, que foi elaborado para melhor observação das minhas emoções no dia a dia e no decorrer do ciclo menstrual, principalmente por ser uma mulher cis com um ciclo irregular. O segundo aspecto, o ser Artista, envolve uma tomada de consciência em relação ao meu fazer artístico e como ele foi se modificando durante o processo. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to present my account of the creation of the audiovisual piece "EU" which relates my emotions to being a woman and represents a process of self-discovery. The process focuses on two aspects: being a Woman and being an Artist. The self-discovery process was based on a diary, which was created to better observe my emotions in daily life and throughout my menstrual cycle, especially since I am a cisgender woman with an irregular cycle. The second aspect, being an Artist, involves becoming aware of my artistic practice and how it has changed during the process. |
