Abstract

This work proposes Tutoria da Inclusão, a non-profit association that structures a business plan to boost the inclusion of people with disabilities in the Brazilian job market. The study aims to develop a business model capable of training specialized tutors and providing consultancy to companies, thereby overcoming current inclusion barriers. The methodology employs strategic analysis of the macro-environment and sector, an in-depth study of clients and competitors, and the definition of comprehensive marketing, operational, and financial plans. The final considerations highlight the project's viability and urgent social relevance, emphasizing its potential to generate real impact by connecting training, consultancy, and accessible technology, fostering autonomy and professional recognition.
