| Summary: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo realizar uma pesquisa sobre ancestralidade por meio de uma apresentação cênica que explora as histórias de minha família. A criação inspira-se em personas de mulheres com vivências distintas, porém marcadas por dores comuns. A performance utiliza-se da exploração do corpo e da voz em cena, fundamentando-se em diretrizes somáticas que mobilizam movimentos e ativam lugares viscerais, suscitando diferentes sentimentos e reações físicas na atriz. A pesquisa baseia-se em experiências somáticas em laboratórios de criação, voltados para as histórias de vida das figuras femininas da minha família. Uma escuta afetiva e atenta permitiu uma compreensão mais profunda de cada mulher, dentro de sua linhagem e nas condições sociais de sua época. Esse processo, por meio da prática cênica, busca refletir sobre como o processo criativo reverbera no corpo da intérprete, possibilitando uma consciência corporal aprofundada e a criação de um repertório expressivo em cena. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to conduct research on ancestry through a scenic presentation that explores the stories of my family. The creation is inspired by personas of women with distinct life experiences, yet marked by common pains. The performance utilizes the exploration of the body and voice on stage, grounded in somatic principles that mobilize movements and activate visceral places, evoking different feelings and physical reactions in the actress. The research is based on somatic experiences in creation labs, focused on the life stories of the female figures in my family. An attentive and affectionate listening process allowed for a deeper understanding of each woman, within her lineage and the social conditions of her time. Through this process, the scenic practice aims to reflect on how the creative process resonates in the actor9s body, enabling a deeper body awareness and the creation of an expressive repertoire on stage. |
