| Summary: | Este trabalho de conclusão de curso, refere-se a um plano de negócios com o objetivo de verificar a viabilidade econômico-financeira da implantação de um Fintech para consultoria de gestão financeira de negócios, no bairro Martins, na cidade de Uberlândia - MG, na Avenida Vasconcellos Costa número 967. Para se atingir os objetivos estabelecidos, foi realizada uma pesquisa de mercado, com o intuito de se obter um posicionamento do mercado em que a Fintech irá se inserir e a caracterização de seu público, visando identificar possíveis oportunidades e reduzir o risco na tomada de decisões. Assim como, no decorrer deste plano de negócio buscou-se através da análise operacional e estratégica, organizar sistematicamente as atividades necessárias para a execução do empreendimento. Adjacente a isso, através das ferramentas financeiras, buscou-se calcular o investimento inicial para abertura do negócio, previsão de receitas e outras projeções financeiras, com a finalidade de auxiliar e situar o empreendedor dos possíveis risco desse negócio. |
| Abstract: | This course completion work refers to a business plan aimed at verifying the economic and financial viability of setting up a Fintech for financial management consulting for businesses, in the Martins neighborhood of the city of Uberlândia - MG, at Avenida Vasconcellos Costa number 967. To achieve the established objectives, a market research was conducted in order to obtain an understanding of the market in which the Fintech will operate and to characterize its audience, aiming to identify potential opportunities and reduce decision-making risks. Additionally, throughout this business plan, we sought to systematically organize the necessary activities for the execution of the venture through operational and strategic analysis. Alongside this, we aimed to calculate the initial investment for opening the business, revenue forecasts, and other financial projections using financial tools, with the purpose of assisting and situating the. |
