| Summary: | Este trabalho propõe uma análise da produção musical realizada pelo cantor e compositor Bob Dylan na década de 1960 com o intuito de comprovar a relevância de sua produção na formatação e consolidação do rock como um gênero musical de importância artística e sociocultural. Através da análise musical de quatro canções de Dylan, e mediante critérios pré-estabelecidos para esta análise, será possível denotar a influência de sua produção e também o dialogo que esta produção estabeleceu com artistas contemporâneos a ele . A contextualização da produção do trabalho de Dylan e de artistas contemporâneos no período histórico em que atuaram e sua importância cultural também será discutida. |
| Abstract: | This work proposes an analysis of the musical output made by singer and songwriter Bob Dylan in the 1960s with the intent to prove the relevance of his material in the shaping and consolidation of rock music as a musical genre that has artistic and sociocultural relevance. Through a musical analysis of four songs of his, and through a set criteria conceived for the analysis, it will be possible to denote the influence of his output and also the musical dialogue that his material was able to establish with artists that were contemporaries of his. The contextualization of Dylan´s work and of those artists contemporary of him in the historical period in which they performed will also be discussed. |
