| Summary: | Este trabalho tem como propósito examinar a trajetória histórica do ato de torcer no Brasil, investigando os processos que culminaram na consolidação da figura do torcedor, com ênfase especial nas torcidas organizadas e nos conflitos mais significativos ocorridos tanto no âmbito nacional quanto internacional. A análise considera aspectos sociais, culturais e econômicos, buscando compreender principalmente como a violência entre torcidas influenciou a percepção pública e impulsionou a criação de regulamentações para enfrentar o problema. Para tanto, foram utilizadas fontes bibliográficas, legislativas e da imprensa, tendo como principal referência o jornal A Tribuna. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to examine the historical trajectory of cheering practices in Brazil, investigating the processes that led to the consolidation of the fan figure, with a special focus on organized fan groups and the most significant conflicts that occurred both nationally and internationally. The analysis encompasses social, cultural, and economic aspects, seeking to understand primarily how violence among supporters has influenced public perception and driven the creation of regulations to address the issue. To this end, bibliographic, legislative, and press sources were utilized, with the newspaper A Tribuna being the main reference. |
