Em que medida a mudança na legislação trabalhista, em especial a terceirização, contribui para o trabalho análogo a escravo no Brasil?

Abstract

Labor reform is a complex and current issue, present in Brazilian society. That said, if its debate is necessary, this research seeks to explore what the legal system was like before the advent of labor reform. And to what extent the changes in legislation caused damage to the fight against slave-like labor, due to what was agreed to prevail over what was legislated, as well as the normalization of terrible working conditions and unlimited outsourcing. Due to the factors mentioned above and others that will be explored in the article, it is clear that the labor reform generated a setback to labor rights, as well as becoming an obstacle to the fight against slave labor in Brazil. To support this justification, a bibliographical review will be carried out on the topic. Outsourcing and work similar to slavery. Data from research on work similar to slavery in Brazil will also be analyzed. First, the choice and collection of material will be made, which is within the topic covered, which will be used as the source of the research. Since the research is focused on the analysis of bibliographic and documentary research, based on scientific articles, books and official documents, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, using textual materials that address the topic to be worked on. Afterwards, a theoretical investigation of the work analogous to slavery, outsourcing and labor flexibility. Thus, this research seeks to highlight how labor reform influenced the fight against slave-like work in Brazil. To overcome this challenge, the State, companies and civil society must engage in a joint effort. To think of ways to combat this situation.
