Gestão de custos na construção civil no Brasil de 2019 a 2023 com uso do BIM - revisão sistemática da literatura

Abstract

Through decree No. 10,306, of 2020, the Federal Government established the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the execution of engineering works and services, directly or indirectly, carried out by federal public administration entities. This is one of the steps that are part of the National BIM Dissemination Strategy (BIM BR Strategy, decree nº 9,983). Therefore, studies in the area become increasingly necessary with the aim of optimizing processes and minimizing damage. The BIM methodology has several work dimensions and one of them is cost management (BIM 5D). In the present work, a Systematic Literature Review (RSL) was developed with the aim of surveying, characterizing and criticizing scientific publications that deal with the Use and Application of BIM 5D (cost management) in Brazil between the years 2019 and 2023. Few titles were found that met the adopted criteria, but it was noticed that BIM applied to cost management is a subject that is being increasingly worked on.
