Análise dos conflitos e desafios do home office: Um estudo bibliométrico das pesquisas publicadas no período de 2016 a 2022

Abstract

The progress of technology has transformed the reality of work in organizations. With the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, this scenario was intensified and companies had to act quickly and mobilize their time for remote work, also known as a home office. From this context, telecommuting ceased to be a trend in the corporate environment and became the reality of many professionals, either in view of the advantages or influence associated with this change. With this, the objective of this study is to identify and analyze the main publications in the literature, referring to the theme of conflicts and challenges of the home office, in view of the perspective of work and family. A systematic review of the literature was carried out, identifying and analyzing the main publications, searched for by the keywords work, conflicts, challenges, and home office. A final sample of 50 studies was obtained, which together with the content analysis allowed the categorization between the research objectives, area of activity of the published articles, year of publication, cloud of keywords, methods used, research contributions and suggestions for future studies. The results showed higher numbers of publications on issues of work relations with the home office and the effects of this modality on women's work. However, lack of research regarding the public sector and motivational factors associated with this new work reality.
