Resumo
O progresso da tecnologia transformou a realidade de trabalho nas organizações. Com o advento da pandemia de Covid-19, esse cenário foi intensificado e as empresas tiveram de agir rápido e mobilizar seus times para a modalidade de trabalho remoto, também reconhecido como home office. A partir desse contexto, o teletrabalho deixou de ser tendência no ambiente corporativo e passou a ser a realidade de muitos profissionais, seja diante das vantagens ou desvantagens associados a essa mudança. Com isso, o objetivo deste estudo consiste em identificar e analisar as principais publicações na literatura, referente ao tema de conflitos e desafios do home office, diante da perspectiva de trabalho e família. Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura, visando identificar e analisar as principais publicações, buscadas pelas palavras-chave trabalho, conflitos, desafios, e home office. Obteve-se uma amostra final de 50 estudos, o que junto a análise de conteúdo permitiram a categorização entre os objetivos das pesquisas, área de atuação dos artigos publicados, ano da publicação, nuvem de palavras-chave, métodos utilizados, contribuições da pesquisa e sugestões para estudos futuros. Os resultados apontaram números superiores de publicações diante as temáticas de relações de trabalho com o home office e impactos dessa modalidade para o trabalho das mulheres. Entretanto, apontou carência de pesquisas no que tange ao setor público e fatores motivacionais associados a essa nova realidade de trabalho.
Abstract
The progress of technology has transformed the reality of work in organizations. With the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, this scenario was intensified and companies had to act quickly and mobilize their time for remote work, also known as a home office. From this context, telecommuting ceased to be a trend in the corporate environment and became the reality of many professionals, either in view of the advantages or influence associated with this change. With this, the objective of this study is to identify and analyze the main publications in the literature, referring to the theme of conflicts and challenges of the home office, in view of the perspective of work and family. A systematic review of the literature was carried out, identifying and analyzing the main publications, searched for by the keywords work, conflicts, challenges, and home office. A final sample of 50 studies was obtained, which together with the content analysis allowed the categorization between the research objectives, area of activity of the published articles, year of publication, cloud of keywords, methods used, research contributions and suggestions for future studies. The results showed higher numbers of publications on issues of work relations with the home office and the effects of this modality on women's work. However, lack of research regarding the public sector and motivational factors associated with this new work reality.
