| Summary: | O objetivo desta pesquisa foi mapear a produção científica sobre Treinamento Funcional para crianças e adolescentes, publicada em periódicos nacionais, no período de 2009 a 2023. Caracteriza-se como pesquisa bibliográfica de caráter descritivo. Foram analisados artigos científicos publicados na base de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Public Medical Base (PubMed). Foram incluídos na análise doze artigos. Seis na categoria da “Saúde”, quatro na categoria “Cinesiológicas” e três na categoria da “Fenomenologia”. São estudos da área de Educação Física e abordam principalmente a intervenção de programas voltados para a qualidade de vida, efeitos do treinamento na população infantil e juvenil, havendo menos estudos direcionados aos métodos e técnicas de treinamento, bem como a existência de lacunas na produção sobre aspectos relativos à intervenção junto a essa população. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this research was to map the scientific production on Functional Training for children and adolescents, published in national journals, from 2009 to 2023. It is characterized as a descriptive bibliographical research. Scientific articles published in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and Public Medical Base (PubMed) databases were analyzed. Twelve articles were included in the analysis. Six in the “Health” category, four in the “Kinesiological” category and three in the “Phenomenology” category. These are studies in the area of Physical Education and mainly address the intervention of programs aimed at quality of life, effects of training on the child and youth population, with fewer studies directed at training methods and techniques, as well as the existence of gaps in the production on aspects related to intervention with this population. |
