Summary:	Com o objetivo de otimizar o controle biológico da broca-do-café, um estudo foi realizado para investigar a compatibilidade de um produto comercial com princípio ativo alicina, em conjunto com os fungos B. bassiana e M. anisopliae. O experimento utilizou o adjuvante de alicina, conhecido por suas propriedades desalojante, em combinação com os fungos. Os resultados indicaram que os tratamentos com o adjuvante afetaram o crescimento vegetativo, a esporulação e a viabilidade de B. bassiana e M. anisopliae, sendo considerados moderadamente tóxicos para os fungos testados. Portanto, é importante ressaltar que a utilização combinada deve ser avaliada com cautela. Estudos adicionais são necessários para confirmar a eficácia desses tratamentos em diferentes cenários agrícolas, considerando fatores como a concentração dos fungos e do produto, a suscetibilidade da praga aos fungos e as condições ambientais específicas. Essas pesquisas aprofundadas são essenciais para determinar a viabilidade e eficácia dessas abordagens no manejo sustentável da broca-do-café e de outras pragas agrícolas.
Abstract:	With the objective of optimizing the biological control of the coffee borer, a study was carried out to investigate the compatibility of a commercial product with the active ingredient allicin, together with the fungi B. bassiana and M. anisopliae. The experiment used the allicin adjuvant, known for its dislodging properties, in combination with the fungi. The results indicated that the treatments with the adjuvant affected the vegetative growth the sporulation and the viability of B. bassiana and M. anisopliae, being considered moderately toxic for the fungi tested. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that the combined use must be evaluated with caution. Additional studies are needed to confirm the effectiveness of these treatments in different agricultural scenarios, considering factors such as fungi and product concentration, pest susceptibility to fungi and specific environmental conditions. Such in-depth research is essential to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of these approaches in the sustainable management of the coffee borer and other agricultural pests.
