A intervenção do Serviço Social com trabalhadores de entrega por aplicativos atendidos no Hospital de Clínicas de Uberlândia: um relato de experiência

Abstract

The present research, in the form of an experience report, seeks to reflect and identify the possible interventions of the social worker to users, delivery workers by applications, victims of motorcycle accidents, during the period of performance in the multiprofessional residency, in the area of Attention to the Patient in Critical Condition, part of the Residency Program in the Professional Area of Health of the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Uberlândia (PRAPS-FAMED-UFU). The methodological foundation of this qualitative research is dialectical historical materialism, which allows a critical analysis of social reality. For its development, a bibliographical study was carried out in a field diary, books, electronic documents, articles and legislation that covered the referred object of study. Therefore, this work has the general objective: to identify the possible interventions of Social Work with users, delivery workers by applications, assisted at HC-UFU during the period of work in the author's multiprofessional residency, concomitant with the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the specific objectives such as indicating data on the current situation on motorcycle accidents, demonstrating the perspective of the Social Worker in relation to the work and demands of workers without social protection and, finally, pointing out possible referrals and guidelines for the realization of the social rights of delivery workers by apps, in addition to critically reflecting on them.
