Abstract

In Brazil, the woman suffers constant attacks from the current society regarding her body, ideals, attitudes and space that she occupies socially, which rises in a system of coercion to discrimination on grounds of gender. Law, through its actions and/or omissions, often promotes institutional violence and encourages discrimination and women's vulnerability through sexist behavior by its operators. The judicial protection of the State over the woman's body in an imposing and imperative way, creates series of revictimizations when crimes against sexual dignity are committed. At this background, it is necessary to seek solutions in the legal universe and in the feminist essence, so that it becomes a structure of reception and not of demoralization. May it be a tool of empowerment among women in claiming their rights. So, it will be seeking knowledge about the application possibilities of Legal Design and Visual Law to Act nº 14.245 November 22, 2021, given its importance and purpose in the criminal procedural sphere, in order to amplify and disseminate the degree of knowledge among victims. of crimes against sexual dignity.
