| Summary: | No ano de 2019, na China, surgiu a doença do Coronavírus com alta taxa de contágio e mortalidade. Em 2020 já se caracterizava uma pandemia global, a qual desencadeou diversos procedimentos extraordinários, como a decretação do Estado de Calamidade Pública. Neste viés, alguns direitos humanos foram sopesados em prol do enfrentamento à crise mundial. Desta forma, a pandemia causada pelo Covid-19 afetou diversas áreas do direito, em especial o Direito Internacional, uma vez que a Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) estabeleceu medidas de segurança para evitar o contágio e, por conseguinte, foram necessárias colaborações entre Estados, tanto para elaboração de vacinas, quanto para tentar atenuar a situação anárquica que se estabeleceu. Ademais, o direito migratório sofreu grandes impactos pela pandemia mundial, entre eles: diversas pessoas foram temporariamente impedidas de regressarem ao seu país de origem. Assim, devido ao fechamento de fronteiras os indivíduos em situações de vulnerabilidade enfrentaram diversos obstáculos para migrar, isto é, quando obtinham sucesso. |
| Abstract: | In 2019, in China, the Coronavirus disease emerged with a high rate of contagion and mortality. In 2020, a global pandemic was already characterized, which triggered several extraordinary procedures, such as the declaration of the State of Public Calamity. In this bias, some human rights were weighed in order to face the world crisis. In this way, the pandemic caused by Covid-19 affected several areas of law, in particular International Law, since the World Health Organization (WHO) established security measures to prevent contagion and, therefore, collaborations were necessary between States, both to develop vaccines and to try to alleviate the anarchic situation that has been established. In addition, immigration law has been impacted by the global pandemic, among them: several people were temporarily prevented from returning to their country of origin. Thus, due to the closing of borders the individuals in situations of vulnerability, they faced several obstacles to migrate, that is, when they were successful. |
