| Summary: | Esta pesquisa apresenta a análise de performances que utilizam objetos e temas religiosos em cena. Ela tem como objeto de estudo as performances O Culto, trabalho de minha autoria, Desenhando com Terços, da artista brasileira Márcia X., e o espetáculo O Evangelho segundo Jesus, Rainha do céu, protagonizado no Brasil pela atriz transexual Renata Carvalho. O objetivo é fazer uma análise crítica dos discursos cristãos/bíblicos a partir das performances, com foco nas questões de gênero e sexualidade, estabelecendo relação com acontecimentos históricos, sociais, políticos, religiosos e jurídicos que envolvem esses temas. Durante o processo de análise, foi possível identificar que essas obras problematizam a religião no viés da profanação, conceito articulado por Agamben (2007), ao ignorar o sentido sagrado e esvaziar o conceito imposto pela religião a esses temas e objetos. Por meio desta perspectiva, a escrita é desenvolvida. |
| Abstract: | This research presents an analysis performances that use objects and religious themes on stage. It has as object of study the performances O Culto, a work of my own authorship, Desenhando com terços, by the Brazilian artist Márcia X., and the show The Gospel according to Jesus, Queen of heaven, starring in Brazil by the transsexual actress Renata Carvalho. Its goal is to make a critical analysis of Christian/Biblical discourses from the performances, focusing on gender and sexuality issues, establishing a relationship with historical, social, political, religious and legal events that involve these themes. During the analysis process, it was possible to identify that these works problematize religion in the bias of desecration, a concept articulated by Agamben (2007), by ignoring the sacred sense and emptying the concept imposed by religion on these themes and objects. Through this perspective, the writing is developed. |
