| Summary: | Neste trabalho teórico busca-se como objetivo compreender a concepção de mentoria, assim como, a relevância do trabalho desenvolvido pelo mentor nas organizações, tendo como problemática saber: Quais os benefícios da mentoria nas organizações? A mentoria é uma prática que proporciona diversos benefícios para os mentores e seus mentorados, além de possibilitar uma série de vantagens para as organizações, uma vez que, esta é responsável por desenvolver orientações e preparar os indivíduos na execução das atividades cotidianas nas empresas, favorecendo a melhoria dos resultados e oportunizando a qualidade na inserção dos jovens no mercado de trabalho. |
| Abstract: | In this theoretical work of bibliographic analysis, the objective is to understand the concept of mentoring, as well as the relevance of the work developed by the mentor in organizations, having as a problem to know: What are the benefits of mentoring in organizations? Mentoring is a practice that provides several benefits to mentors and their mentees, in addition to providing a series of advantages for organizations, since it is responsible for developing guidelines and preparing individuals in the execution of daily activities in companies, favoring the improvement of results and providing the opportunity for quality in the insertion of young people in the labor market. |
