Abstract

The purpose of this memorial is to expose my life trajectory and report on education, teachers' working conditions and their precariousness in what is currently found, in view of authors' opinions and the lived reality. Its objective is to research about the current reality of education professionals and their ways of hiring through ACTs Admitted on a Temporary Character, going through several challenges and difficulties in their career. Precariousness, in short, is a phenomenon that permeates the dynamic movement of structuring work and employment, as it concerns both the growth of unemployment and the expansion of the reserve army and the specificities of the jobs available in the labor market, emphasized by contractual instability and ephemerality. This leads to the expansion of the contingent of workers alienated from their rights and subject to unstable, unsatisfactory and potentially sickening working conditions. For the formulation of this work, it was necessary to read and research articles on the subject, discuss the entire trajectory lived up to the present moment, and the perspective of my new professional training.
