Análise comparativa dos sistemas de produção: uma abordagem sobre cultura organizacional

Abstract

Human life has undergone profound transformation. Manual production gave way to mass production; rural society has given way to urban society and humanism has given way to rationalism, which in turn is giving way to complexity. The whole system of values and beliefs is being affected. After the turn of the millennium, significant changes were observed in the technologies employed in production systems, generating substantial changes in the internal and external environment of organizations. Based on the reality of companies facing difficulties in the implementation of new production systems, due to barriers related to organizational culture, country culture, leadership profile among others, this study proposes to perform a comparative analysis between the dominant production systems, aiming at the item of organizational culture and seeking to highlight the cultural limitations of the Brazilian productive system. The information collected for the analysis was made through bibliographic research. As a result it was possible to define the differences between the analyzed systems, their limitations and in particular a critical look at the Brazilian production system.
