Identificação de oportunidades de melhorias a partir da aplicação do mapeamento de fluxo de valor em uma empresa do setor de instalação e reparação automotiva para veículos pesados

Abstract

The present study was developed with the purpose of identifying improvement opportunities through the application of Value Stram Mapping (VSM) in the chronotachograph verification service flow in a private company in the segment of sale of accessories and automotive repair for heavy vehicles, located in São Paulo state. Through the elaboration of the current state map of the value stream, it was possible to systematically visualize the entire production flow, from the arrival of the customer to the delivery of the service and compare the takt, cycle, exchange and availability times of each stage, resulting in the proposition of improvements. The scientific method adopted was the case study, based on a qualitative and quantitative approach. The current state map of the process was elaborated and improvement proposals were presented, such as the implementation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), kaizen, andon, quick tool change, layout change, heijunka and 5S methodology. As a result, the future state map was drawn containing improvement proposals that will benefit the studied company.
