| Summary: | O artigo tem como objetivo fazer uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a construção dos conceitos de raça e racismo nas instituições internacionais. Busca-se entender como, a partir das conceitualizações, deram-se os processos históricos de efetivação e implementação desses conceitos nas instituições internacionais. Além disso, cabe fazer uma análise dos tratados e conferências que abarcam o regime de combate à discriminação racial do sistema da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), verificando a partir das teorias de compliance os níveis de implementação das normas do tema de combate ao racismo no sistema internacional. |
| Abstract: | The article aims to make a bibliographic review on the construction of the concepts of race and racism in international institutions. It seeks to understand how, based on conceptualizations, the historical processes of efficiency and implementation of these concepts took place in international institutions. In addition, it is necessary to analyze the treaties and conferences that cover the regime of combating racial discrimination in the United Nations (UN) system, verifying from the compliance theories the levels of implementation of the norms on the combat of racism in the international system. |
