| Summary: | O presente artigo, por meio da metodologia de pesquisa descritiva, bibliográfica e dedutiva acredita que o cientista/pesquisador deve se voltar a atender às necessidades culturais que o rodeiam, de modo que decida qual será o seu objeto de estudo visando levantar e entender tais necessidades e, quando ousado, até saná-las. Sendo assim, proponho estudar o contexto brasileiro de hipertrofia legislativa penal e criação de microssistemas legislativos que surgem para suprir um vaco de poder e apaziguar ânimos de uma sociedade em crise |
| Abstract: | The present article, through the descriptive, bibliographical and deductive research methodology, believes that the scientist / researcher must turn to meet the cultural needs that surround him, so that through he decides what your object of study will be in order to raise and understand such needs and, when bold, even resolve them. Therefore, I propose to study the Brazilian context of criminal legislative hypertrophy and the creation of legislative microsystems that arise to supply a power vacuum and appease a society in crisis. |
