Revisão bibliométrica sobre arranjos produtivos locais no período de 2005 a 2020

Abstract

The local productive arrangements have become the focus of attention of several participatory governments, public agencies, companies and institutions, understanding their strategies has been shown to be important for the development of productive capacities. In order to contribute with the knowledge on the subject and how it has been studied in the field of Administration in Brazil, the present work carried out a bibliometric review on Local Productive Arrangements (APLs) in articles published between the years 2005 to 2020, available on the electronic platforms SPELL and SCIELO. The research is characterized as quantitative, of the descriptive type, after applying the filters and criteria of choice, 64 articles were analyzed. The three laws of bibliometrics have been tested: Lotka's Law has not been confirmed, as there is no concentration of articles in a few authors, the production has been dispersed among authors who have published two or only once; the Zipf Law with a concentration on certain keywords was proven: innovation, cooperation, competitiveness, development, local development and governance were the most cited terms; and Bradford's Law was also confirmed with the concentration of research in a small number of journals, being the magazines that published the most on the topic: Interactions; Organizations & Society; Development Magazine in question; Revista Ciências Administrativas and Revista de Economia e Sociologia Rural. About the subthemes studied, it was found that most of the articles make an analysis of the APLs, about what is meant by Local Productive Arrangement and what are the strategies used in these clusters. From 2016 to 2020, some sub-themes that were not seen before are added, the concern with identifying improvements in local development and analyzing the structural changes in these relationships. The main sub-themes addressed were: innovation, public policies, experiences in the arrangements, governance structures and cooperation and learning relationships. The high number of publications in 2019 and 2020 stands out, compared to the previous years analyzed in the research, denoting increased interest in the theme.
