| Summary: | Este trabalho propõe abordar a Teoria dos Afetos, tal como definida pelo tratadista Johann Mattheson, que descreve o afeto de cada tonalidade. Na primeira parte foi descrita uma breve parte histórica da música até chegar ao período Barroco, citando as principais características composicionais da época. Na segunda parte aborda o tratadista Johann Mattheson e a descrição dos Afetos baseado em sua obra. A partir da leitura de diversos textos, de variados teóricos, obtiveram-se argumentos para tratar do Afeto e a Música. A seguir é escolhida uma única obra, o Prelúdio e Fuga nº12 em Fá menor, BWV 881, Livro II d’O Cravo Bem Temperado de J. S. Bach para análise auditiva e visual, baseada no afeto da mesma, tal como descrita por Mathesson. O objetivo deste trabalho é também despertar nos profissionais da música a atenção para tratados musicais historicamente importantes. |
| Abstract: | This works analyzes the Affektenlehre, the Doctrine Of The Affections, as proposed by music theorist Johann Mattheson. In the first part it is presented an historical review of history of music until the baroque period. In the second part is presented a review of Johann Mattheson and his works, both musical and theoretical. It was then select a piece, Prelude and Fugue nº12, in F minor, BWV 881, from the Well Tempered Clavier by Johann Sebastian Bach for analyzis, applying concepts of Mattheson's Doctrine of Affections. The objective of this work is to bring to the musicians' focus the importance of historical threatises. |
