| Summary: | A presente pesquisa pretende discutir as políticas migratórias existentes no Brasil voltadas para a garantia da educação de crianças refugiadas. Primeiramente, é apresentado o conceito de refúgio e uma breve história dos refugiados no mundo e concomitantemente dos órgãos de proteção a este grupo que surgiram ao longo do tempo. Por conseguinte, é discutida a legislação interna e internacional que se aplica aos refugiados no Brasil e são expostas as garantias das crianças em situação de refúgio no país. Por fim, são analisados os dados educacionais no Brasil, bem como os obstáculos que as crianças, em especial as refugiadas, enfrentam para ter acesso à educação, para então chegar a uma conclusão se o Estado brasileiro possui recursos necessários e capacidade para garantir a educação de todas as crianças refugiadas no país. |
| Abstract: | This research aims to discuss the migration policies in Brazil aimed at ensuring the education of refugee children. Firstly, is presented the concept of refuge and a brief history of refugees in the world and concomitantly of the protective organs of this group that emerged over time. Accordingly, the nacional and international laws that apply to refugees in Brazil are discussed, and the guarantees of refugee children in the country are exposed. Finally, is analyzed the educational data in Brazil, as well as the obstacles that children, especially refugees, face in order to have access to education, and then come to a conclusion if the Brazilian state has the necessary resources and capacity to guarantee education. of all refugee children in the country. |
