| Summary: | O presente artigo possui como objetivo desenvolver a análise da violação à Constituição Federal de 1988 dada causa pela Lei 13.467 de 2017, conhecida como Reforma Trabalhista, demonstrando a violação a direitos fundamentais dos trabalhadores. Objetiva-se ainda, examinar as causas pelas quais o Brasil foi incluído na shortlist da Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT). Por fim, pretende-se demonstrar as razões jurídicas para se considerar a inconstitucionalidade da referida legislação, bem como os impactos negativos da Reforma Trabalhista no país. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to develop the analysis of the violation of the Federal Constitution of 1988 caused by Law 13.467 of 2017, known as Labor Reform, demonstrating the violation of fundamental rights of workers. It also aims to examine the reasons why Brazil was included in the International Labor Organization (OIT) shortlist. Finally, it is intended to demonstrate the legal reasons for considering the unconstitutionality of said legislation, as well as the negative impacts of the Labor Reform in the country. |
