A Influência do Setor Canavieiro sobre a Migração e a Situação Atual das Mulheres Nordestinas no Município De Ituiutaba (MG)

Abstract

This work is the result of a scientific initiation project titled "The importance of the work of the Northeastern women is known as crisis in the sugarcane industry in the region of Ituiutaba (MG)." The main objective of this study was the reality of the Northeastern women in the municipality of Ituiutaba (MG), for this, it is important to study, evaluate, evaluate, evaluate, improve results, how to do, migrate and women, changes in family after migration and the mechanization of the cut; to verify if there is precariousness of the work in which the female universe is analyzed, to verify how the main events have been distributed by migrant women and to verify as main professions that these women exert. The protocol was developed with the objective of performing bibliographical researches inherent in the subject and semi-structured interviews with 56 migrant workers from the Northeastern region of the city of Ituiutaba (MG). As a result of the research, it was possible to verify that the sectors that are most contracted as migrants are linked to food, cleaning and general services. In addition, it was possible to migrate and prove the existence of xenophobia. Even with all the ills, as women interviewed for the municipality of Ituiutaba as an opportunity for a better life. You can see that Northeastern migrants living in Ituiutaba have suffered from precarious work, regional prejudice and other problems in their daily lives, such as migrating northeastern residents in conjunctions after become heads of families, but be "warlike" and fraternal women who seek for a better quality of life and strive to achieve their dreams.
