| Abstract: | This study aims to address the Theory Serendipity, the meeting of the random testing coming from a protective medium to telephone interception decrees during criminal investigations and procedural instructions. The paper aims to analyze the doctrinal and jurisprudential interpretation on the theory of serendipity in the telephone interception with fulcrum in the law n ° 9.296 / 96. |
