Title:	A natureza jurídica da cédula de produto rural

Summary:	A presente dissertação objetiva o estudo da natureza jurídica do instrumento de crédito denominado Cédula de Produto Rural, importante instituto para o financiamento do agronegócio no país. Por se tratar de um título híbrido, a cártula em estudo tem como escopo a venda e compra mediante entrega física do produto rural acordado, se materializando em um negócio jurídico oneroso. A pesquisa visa a análise dos elementos cambiais bem como os elementos contratuais que a constitui, considerando a evolução histórica do crédito rural brasileiro, que culminou na criação da Cédula de Produto Rural e seus reflexos no ordenamento jurídico advindas das particularidades desta Cédula. Depreende-se do resultado do trabalho, o potencial de tal instrumento de crédito, explicitando as inseguranças bem como as soluções para que a Cédula de Produto Rural, cumpra os objetivos visados pela legislação brasileira, bem como contribuindo para o fortalecimento deste setor, principal base econômica do país.
Abstract:	The present dissertation intents to study the legal nature of the credit instrument called the Rural Product Certificate, an important establishment for the financing of agribusiness in the country. Because it is a hybrid title, the cartouche under study has its scope the sale and purchase by physical delivery of the agreed rural product, materializing itself in an onerous legal transaction. The research aims at analyzing the exchange rate elements as well as the contractual elements that constitute them, considering the historical evolution of the Brazilian rural credit, which culminated in the creation of Rural Product Certificate and its reflections in the legal system coming from the particularities of this certificate. It is clear from the outcome of the work, the potencial of such a credit instrument, explaining the insecurities as well as the solutions so that the Rural Product Certificate, carries out the objectives of the Barazilian legal system, moreover contributing to the strenghtening of this sector, main economic base of the country.
