Summary:	Este trabalho analisa os imperativos, inscritos nos corpos, que os compelem a usar roupas. O sistema jurídico da maioria dos países sustenta essa diretriz moral, incluindo o brasileiro. A principal preocupação deste trabalho foi identificar por que isso acontece, por que o Direito e a moral estão tão interessados em cobrir os corpos, e por que a nudez e a obscenidade são consideradas atentatórias ao pudor médio. Para lidar com essas questões, este estudo aborda a construção discursiva da pornografia, da obscenidade, da nudez e do corpo, bem como a relação estabelecida entre eles.
Abstract:	This research deals with the commandment, enrolled on the bodies, that compel them to use clothes. The juridical system of most of the Countries sustains this moral guideline, including the Brazilian one. The biggest concern of this research is to identify why it happens, why the Law and the moral are so interested on obligating the bodies to dress themselves, and why the nudity and the obscenity are considered outrageous to the medium decency. To deal with these concerns, this study analyse the discursive production of the pornography, obscenity, nudity and body, as well as the relation established between them.
