| Summary: | As políticas públicas de saúde vigentes voltadas à temática álcool e outras drogas valorizam as estratégias de redução de danos e a articulação do cuidado aos usuários dentro da rede de atenção básica à saúde, na qual está inserida a Estratégia de Saúde da Família. Porém, sabe-se que as concepções das pessoas sobretudo dos profissionais de saúde em relação às substâncias psicoativas influenciam a efetividade das políticas públicas. O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar as concepções de médicos, psicólogos e enfermeiros que atuam na Estratégia de Saúde da Família em Uberlândia acerca da atenção em saúde a usuários de álcool e outras drogas. Trata-se de um estudo clínico-qualitativo, cuja coleta de dados envolveu o emprego de um roteiro semi-estruturado de entrevista junto a 12 participantes. Os dados obtidos foram submetidos à análise temática de conteúdo e organizados em uma síntese interpretativa à luz de aportes teóricos psicanalíticos. Os resultados apontam, em linhas gerais, que os participantes possuem concepções acerca do termo drogas que independem da questão da licitude e reconhecem a multicausalidade associada ao uso dessas substâncias. Contudo, possuem concepções acerca dos usuários permeadas por preconceitos e estigmas, o que gera dificuldades para o empreendimento de ações de cuidado e os leva, na maior parte das vezes, a apenas realizar encaminhamentos. Além disso, constatou-se que os participantes desconhecem as políticas públicas voltadas à temática álcool e outras drogas . Tais resultados foram interpretados como o reflexo de racionalizações e projeções, o que sugere o engajamento dos participantes em um pacto denegativo, ou seja, uma aliança inconsciente que implica na renúncia dos mesmos em relação aos usuários de álcool e outras drogas. Novos estudos são necessários para que se possa compreender as concepções de profissionais de saúde inseridos em outros níveis de atenção e, assim, identificar eventuais obstáculos à efetivação das políticas públicas. |
| Abstract: | Abstract: The present public health care policies concerning the alcohol and other drugs theme value the strategies of harm reduction and the coordination of care to users within the basic attention to health network, in which the Family Health Strategy is inserted. However, it is known that the people s conception especially health professionals concerning psychoactive substances influence the effectiveness of public health care policies. The present study aims to analyze the conceptions of psysicians, psychologists and nurses acting in the Family Health Strategy in Uberlândia towards the health attention to alcohol and other drugs users. It is a clinical-qualitative study, in which data collection involved a semi-structured interview with 12 participants. The data obtained was submitted to thematic content analysis and organized in an interpretative synthesis in the light of theoretical psychoanalytic contributions. The results indicate, in general, that the participants have conceptions concerning the term drugs that do not depend on the lawfulness of the substances and recognize the multi-causality associated to the use of these substances. However, they have conceptions regarding users permeated by prejudice and stigma, which generates difficulty for the undertaking of care actions and leads the professionals, most of the times, to simply carry out medical routings. Besides, it has been noted that the public policies concerning the alcohol and other drugs theme are unknown to the participants. Such results were interpreted as the reflex of rationalizations and projections, which suggests the engaging of participants in a denegative pact, that is an unconscious alliance that results in professionals renouncing alcohol and other drugs users. New studies are necessary so that the conceptions of health professionals inserted in other levels of attention may be understood and, therefore, make it possible to identify eventual obstacles towards the enforcement of public health care policies. |
