| Summary: | Na pesquisa busco compreender parte do processo de industrialização que acontece em Três Lagoas a partir de meados da década de 1990, motivado pela oferta de mão-de-obra barata, juntamente com incentivos fiscais disponibilizados pelo Governo Municipal e Estadual. Com a chegada das fábricas a partir do ano de 1997, surge uma dinâmica diferenciada no cotidiano da cidade, colocando o trabalhador local frente a novas condições de vida e trabalho. Neste ambiente em que entrecruzam jovens trabalhadores inexperientes e trabalhadores com certa bagagem no que concerne ao trabalho na fábrica sendo estes últimos, trabalhadores que vieram para Três Lagoas acompanhando as fábricas -, será forjado novos modos de vida em meio às formas de exploração do trabalho fabril. Mediante uma aproximação analítica do panorama fabril, delimitando minha apreciação nas ações desprendidas pelos trabalhadores das indústrias têxteis, foi possível entender como vem sendo construído o ambiente de relações de trabalho, conduzido por força da lógica do capitalismo industrial, e como têm reagido os agentes inseridos no interior desse processo para tentar amenizar o peso das mudanças ocorridas em suas vidas. |
| Abstract: | This research seeks to comprise part of industrialization process that happen in Tres Lagoas City from mid decade 1990, motivated by the supply of cheap labor, herewith the fiscal incentives maked available by municipal and state government. With the advent of factories from 1997, emerge a differentiated dynamical at quotidian life of the city, putting the local worker face to new conditions of life and work. In this setting that interlace young workers inexperienced and workers that have experience of manufactory labor being the latest who coming to Três Lagoas City following the factories - will be forged a new way of life in the middle of exploration forms of labor factory. By means of a review of the production scenery, delimitating the appreciation in the actions maked by the textile manufactory workers, it is possible to understand how is being built the labor relations setting, driven by virtue of the logic of the industrial capitalism, and how have reacted the agents inserted in this process to try smooth the weight of changes in their lives. |
