| Summary: | O presente trabalho trata-se de uma reflexão crítica a respeito da flexibilidade e subjetividade no mundo do trabalho, tomando objeto principal de análise os escritórios de Coworking. Por meio de dados retirados de um survey global, análise de discursos institucionais e trabalho etnográfico elaborados com base nesse novo modelo de trabalho, relacionam-se as informações retiradas dessas fontes à teoria social contemporânea que lida com as questões referentes à reestruturação produtiva e seus impactos sobre o mundo do trabalho (em principal autores como Luc Boltanski e Ève Chiapello, David Harvey, Anthony Giddens e Richard Sennett) articulando suas observações com estudos sobre a construção das redes a partir de subjetividades modeladas a partir de ideais capitalistas vigentes (tendo como base autores como Félix Guattari, Peter Pál Pelbart, Michel Foucault e Michel Hardt e Antonio Negri). Ao longo desse trabalho, buscou-se saber se as redes formadas a partir desses espaços contribuem para uma autonomia real dos indivíduos em relação às dominações biopolíticas promovidas pelo mundo do trabalho atual. A análise conduzida tem o intuito de problematizar a rede tanto como mecanismo biopolítico, como também deixar evidente sua perspectiva de biopotência. |
| Abstract: | The present work is a critical reflection about the flexibility and subjectivity in the workplace, taking the main object of analysis Coworking offices. Through data from a global survey, analysis of institutional discourses and ethnographic work developed based on this new model of work, we relate the information taken from these sources to contemporary social theory that deals with issues relating to the restructuring process and its impact on the the world of work (in main authors as Luc Boltanski and Ève Chiapello, David Harvey, Anthony Giddens and Richard Sennett) articulating their observations with studies on the construction of networks from subjectivities modeled after existing capitalist ideals (based on authors such as Félix Guattari, Peter Pál Pelbart, Michel Foucault and Michel Hardt and Antonio Negri). Throughout this work, we sought to know if the networks formed from these areas contribute to a real autonomy of individuals in relation to biopolitics domination promoted by the current world of work. The conducted analysis is intended to discuss the network as a biopolitical mechanism, and also evidence its perspective of biopotency. |
