Resumo
Este estudo procurou analisar os discursos dos profissionais e dos usuários sobre o
fazer artístico tomando-se em consideração a realidade atual do trabalho de Oficinas
Terapêuticas em Centros de Atenção Psicossocial nos Serviços de Saúde Mental no
Estado de Minas Gerais, estratégias oriundas da Reforma Psiquiátrica no Brasil. Para
tanto, utilizou-se do conceito de repetição conforme as proposições de Freud, Lacan,
Kierkegaard e Deleuze, enfatizando dois diferentes níveis, espacial e temporal, uma vez
que a repetição traz a marca da diferença e do tempo. Buscou-se neste estudo: analisar o
fenômeno descrito em psicanálise por automatismo de repetição a partir da fala dos
atores envolvidos nas oficinas; investigar como os profissionais entendem a função da
arte na terapêutica com os pacientes psicóticos; produzir uma articulação entre a clínica
do sujeito advinda da prática psicanalítica e a clínica psicossocial, e os possíveis
reflexos disso na produção da subjetividade e na criação de laços sociais dos sujeitos.
Para a realização das entrevistas e a análise dos resultados encontrados empregou-se o
método psicanalítico. Foram empreendidas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com 11
profissionais e 19 usuários em quatro municípios do Estado, com duração média de 40
minutos. Na análise das entrevistas decantaram-se os analisadores que mais se repetiram
para articulá-los com o fenômeno da repetição e com as sínteses do tempo preconizadas
por Deleuze. Concluiu-se que o trabalho de oficinas terapêuticas, em sua dimensão de
um fazer repetitivo, pode contribuir com o resgate do lugar de sujeito no qual ele,
usuário ou profissional, pode tornar-se um artista construtor de sua própria vida, visto
que a repetição traz a dimensão da diferença, da criação, da possibilidade do novo e da
transgressão. As oficinas terapêuticas que desenvolvem a atividade artística na
perspectiva da criação, do novo, do devir, através da produção de acontecimentos,
experiências, ações e objetos, possibilitam ao homem reinventar-se e ao mundo em que
vive. Deste modo, tomar a oficina no lugar de potência permite que os protagonistas
dessa cena se tornem inventivos e criativos. Para tanto é fundamental que o condutor de
uma oficina esteja ciente do seu papel e do nível de implicação necessária para
interrogar o sujeito e imbricá-lo em sua condição de responsabilizar por seus atos e
construir novos laços sociais. Nesse sentido é preciso que o profissional aposte no louco
como um sujeito que por anos não teve reconhecimento. Ao ser reconhecido, ele pode
integrar a rede da cultura e buscar vitalidade para continuar sua vida sempre marcada
por um triz.
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the speeches of mental health professionals and users on artistic
doing" , considering the current reality of the work in Therapeutic Workshops in Centers of
Psychosocial Attention in Mental Health Services in the State of Minas Gerais, strategies which
originated from the Psychiatric Reform in Brazil. To do so, the concept of repetition according
Freud, Lacan, Kierkegaard and Deleuze, emphasizing two different levels, space and time, as
repetition marks difference and time. In this study, it was sought to: analyze the phenomenon
described in psychoanalysis by repetition automatism starting from the speech of the actors
involved in the workshops; investigate the professionals understanding of the role of art in therapy
of psychotic patients; produce an articulation between the clinic of the subject that come from the
psychoanalytical practice and the psychosocial clinic, and the possible reflexes of that production
of subjectivity in the creation of social relationships. The psychoanalytical method was used to
perform interviews and analyze findings. Semi-structured interviews were undertaken with 11
professionals and 19 users in four cities of the State, averaging 40 minutes each. In the analysis of
the interviews, the analyzers who repeated more stood out as to articulate them with the
phenomenon of the repetition and with the syntheses of the time extolled by Deleuze. In
conclusion, therapeutic workshops, in their repetitive dimension, contributes to the rescuing of
place of the subject in which he/she, user or professional, can become a artist constructer of
his/her own life, because repetition brings the dimension of difference, of creation, of the
possibility of new and of transgression. Therapeutic workshops, that develop the artistic activity
in the perspective of creation, of new, of becoming, through the production of events, experiences,
actions and objects, make it possible for man to reinvent the world in which he lives. Therefore,
turning the workshop into a place of potency allows the protagonists of that scene to become
inventive and creative. It is fundamental that the workshop coordinator is aware of his/her role and
the level of necessary implication to interrogate the subject and to involve him/her in his/her
condition of being responsible for his/her actions and to build new social relationships. Thus, it is
necessary for the professional to bet on the mentally health impaired as a subject who has not had
recognition for years. When being recognized, he/she can integrate the net of the culture and
search for vitality to continue his/her life always marked by a fine limit.
