Summary
A violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes vem sendo cada vez mais denunciada e,
nesta configuração, o incesto é o tipo mais evidente. Essa grave questão social é enfrentada
por meio de estratégias de cuidado às famílias vitimizadas, mas, em geral, pouca atenção é
dispensada ao violentador incestuoso e os sentidos da construção deste personagem. O
simples encarceramento do sujeito violento não se constitui em estratégia que abarca a
complexidade do problema, sendo necessário explorar mais profundamente os elementos
envolvidos, dentre eles, os vínculos interpessoais estabelecidos pelos violentadores e o
contexto sócio-histórico-cultural em que as relações se dão hoje, ou seja, a pós-modernidade.
Esse trabalho objetivou compreender as dinâmicas familiares, as trajetórias de vida e os
sentidos que a cena incestuosa revela aos sujeitos entrevistados. Com base no método
psicanalítico, foram realizadas pesquisa documental e entrevistas com dois acusados de
manterem relações sexuais com a filha ou a enteada. A questão transferencialcontratransferencial
propulsionou a revelação das estratégias vinculativas manipuladoras dos
sujeitos. Ao longo do processo pude reconhecer a dinâmica afetiva que me acometia. As
representações cruéis e hediondas que me habitavam, aos poucos eram transformadas em
representações cândidas e perturbadoras, essencialmente ambivalentes. As histórias de vida
revelaram vínculos precários e descartáveis, estabelecidos nas várias facetas das famílias
apresentadas. Submersos na ordem do gozo imperativo, em que tudo é possível , os limites e
os interditos se enfraquecem e desfalecem junto às organizações afetivas ensaiadas,
denotando a frágil montagem do pacto denegativo. Os sujeitos incestuosos, violentos, mas
adaptados ao mundo do trabalho e à ordem caótica da existência anônima, ao violentarem,
submeterem o outro e atuarem como predadores psíquicos, revelam-se como porta-vozes
dessa que é apontada como uma inclinação pós-moderna, a volatilidade dos vínculos
intersubjetivos em constante desintegração e mudança.
Abstract
Child abuse has been more notified each day and, among cases of this specific type of
violence, incest is the most common kind. This serious problem is socially faced by the rising
of strategies of care offered to the victimized families, but, generally, little attention is
dispensed to the incestuous abuser. The imprisonment of these men is not a strategy that
covers the complexity of the problem, and it s necessary that the elements involved be
explored, among which the interpersonal bonds established by the molesters and the social
cultural and historic context in which these bonds take place, or else, the postmodernity. This
essay aimed to investigate these elements and, specifically, comprehend the familial
dynamics, life trajectory and the meanings that the incestuous scene reveals to the interviewed
subjects. Based on the psychoanalytical method, they were conducted documental research
and interviews with two men accused of having sexual intercourse with a daughter or step
daughter. The transferential-countertransferential matter helped to reveal the manipulative
bonding strategy used these men. Throughout the process, I have recognized the hideous
representations that inhabited me when I met them being transformed into tender and
disturbing images, essentially ambivalent. Their stories reveal precarious and disposable
bonding alternatives, which were established in the numerous families they constructed
throughout their lives. Immersed in the imperative joy order, in which everything is
possible , the limits and interdictions have become weaker along with affective organizations
assembled. The incestuous individuals, violent, but adapted to the working world and the
chaotic anonymous existence, when are violent, when they submit the other and act like
psychic predators, reveal themselves to be spokesmen a postmodern trend: the volatility of the
interpersonal bonds, which are in constant disintegration and change.
