Rações para frangos de corte formuladas com diferentes matrizes nutricionais

Abstract

There is a great variation in the nutritional composition of the ingredients used in the formulation of diets for broilers. The knowledge of the composition and digestibility of food is essential to obtain greater precision in the formulation of diets and consequently greater efficiency of nutrient utilization. The industry generally uses linear programming methods to formulate the rations in order to obtain minimum cost diets. This study was conducted with the objective of comparing the cost of diets formulated with different nutritional matrices. The food information came from a nutritional matrix of a Brazilian table and a nutritional matrix of an international table for the content of amino acids and crude protein. Food costs were provided by a company in the interior of São Paulo. The nutritional requirements used for the four phases of production (1 to 7 days, 8 to 21 days, 22 to 33 days and 34 to 42 days) were according to the Brazilian tables for poultry and pigs 2017 of Rostagno et al. The rations were formulated using the minimum cost linear programming software Super Crac ®, 5.0 Master. There was a higher inclusion of industrial amino acids in the diets formulated from the international nutritional matrix, in all phases of the productive cycle. The cost per kilogram of feed was higher in those formulated with ingredients of the international matrix. It is concluded that the cost of the diets is influenced by the nutritional matrix of the foods used for formulation.
