Resumo
O presente trabalho tem como objeto de estudo os circuitos inferiores e superiores no espaço
do Bairro Natal, Ituiutaba MG, buscando identificar e compreender impactos e benefícios na
economia familiar. Durante as disciplinas geografia econômica I e II e geografia urbana foi
suscitado grandes curiosidades sobre o circuito inferior e superior por ser um tema que tem
grande influência na vida socioeconômica de uma população e estar relacionado com o
desenvolvimento e subdesenvolvimento de um espaço urbano e sua produção. Acredito que o
trabalho de campo é o que mais contribui para esclarecer e aperfeiçoar conhecimentos por meio
de reflexão e leituras teóricas, sobre a temática. O interesse por esse trabalho permeia em meu
desejo de conhecer melhor o bairro em que moro. Ao desenvolver este busquei conhecer
quantitativamente os circuitos inferiores do bairro Natal, primeiramente identificando o
processo de desenvolvimento e subdesenvolvimento do bairro, quais suas delimitações? E ruas?
Onde estão localizados os circuitos? Quais os impactos, positivos e negativos? E para isso
temos como referencial teórico os autores SANTOS (2008, 2012 e 2007), CORRÊA (2000),
SPOSITO (2017) entre outros. Este será apresentado na sequência; introdução, diálogo teórico,
histórico da criação e construção do espaço e suas delimitações, conhecendo os pontos
comerciais e atuações dos circuitos com seus impactos e considerações finais.
Abstract
The present work has as its object of study the lower and upper circuits in the space of Natal
neighborhood, Ituiutaba MG, seeking to identify and understand impacts and benefits on the
family economy. During the subject’s economic geography, I and II and urban geography, great
curiosities were raised about the lower and upper circuit because it is a topic that has great
influence on the socioeconomic life of a population and is related to the development and
underdevelopment of an urban space and its production. I believe that fieldwork is what
contributes most to clarifying and improving knowledge through reflection and theoretical
readings on the subject. The interest in this work permeates my desire to get to know the
neighborhood in which I live better. When developing this one, I sought to quantitatively know
the lower circuits of the Natal neighborhood, first identifying the process of development and
underdevelopment of the neighborhood, what are its boundaries? And streets? Where are the
circuits located? What are the impacts, positive and negative? And for this we have as a
theoretical reference the authors SANTOS (2008, 2012 and 2007), CORRÊA (2000), SPOSITO
(2017) among others. This will be presented next; introduction, theoretical dialogue, history of
the creation and construction of the space and its boundaries, knowing the commercial points
and performances of the circuits with their impacts and final considerations.
