Resumo
El año 2018, la Asamblea General de la ONU aprobó el Pacto mundial para la migración segura, ordenada y regular, a pesar que el documento se considera jurídicamente no vinculante, plantea 23 objetivos bajo la figura de compromisos que tienen la finalidad de lograr el respeto y garantía de los derechos humanos de las personas que se encuentran en situación de migración. Por otra parte, la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, viene sufriendo una profunda crisis política, social y económica que ha desembocado en un crítico proceso migratorio intrarregional, principalmente hacia Colombia, país que ha implementado políticas públicas para la garantía de los derechos humanos de los emigrantes venezolanos. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo central debatir sobre las nuevas perspectivas migratorias con énfasis en el análisis de los ordenamientos jurídicos entre Colombia y Venezuela con el Pacto mundial para la migración segura, ordenada y regular. Razón por la que se realiza una investigación a través del método inductivo, buscando analizar y revisar de modo crítico la bibliografía existente sobre el tema.
Abstract
Em 2018, a Assembleia Geral da ONU aprovou o Pacto Global para Migrações Seguras, Ordenadas e Regulares, embora o documento seja considerado juridicamente não vinculativo, ele estabelece 23 objetivos sob a figura de compromissos que visam alcançar o respeito e garantia dos direitos humanos das pessoas em situação de migração. Por outro lado, a República Bolivariana da Venezuela está sofrendo uma profunda crise política, social e econômica que levou a um processo crítico de migração intra-regional, principalmente para a Colômbia, país que implementou políticas públicas para garantir os direitos humanos dos emigrantes. Venezuelanos Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo central discutir as novas perspectivas migratórias, com ênfase na análise dos sistemas jurídicos entre a Colômbia e Venezuela com o Pacto Global para uma migração segura, ordenada e regular. Razão pela qual uma investigação é realizada pelo método indutivo, buscando analisar e revisar criticamente a bibliografia existente sobre o assunto.
