Resumo
A exclusão e a autoexclusão em aulas de educação física são problemas recorrentes nas
escolas, o que pode impactar no desenvolvimento dos estudantes. A partir da temática exposta,
o objetivo da investigação foi identificar, por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura
científica nas bases de dados LILACS e Redalyc, os fatores que levam à exclusão ou
autoexclusão de estudantes nesse contexto. Especificamente, a pesquisa visou mapear o
número de artigos científicos sobre o tema e identificar os fatores que levam à exclusão ou
autoexclusão, com base nos trabalhos encontrados. Conforme a Revisão Sistemática de
Literatura, foram levantados 15 artigos que, após a leitura dos títulos, resumos e trabalhos
completos se enquadraram no escopo da investigação. Os resultados indicam que diversos
fatores contribuem para a exclusão, tais como: estilo de ensino pouco inclusivo, falta de
formação docente para lidar com a diversidade, o bullying, a discriminação por características
físicas, a falta de habilidade motora dos alunos, a vergonha, o medo de serem julgados/as,
atividades físicas violentas e a falta de recursos materiais nas escolas. No que se refere a
autoexclusão, esse emaranhado de situações colabora para que o próprio sujeito se afaste das
aulas nas escolas.
Abstract
Exclusion and self-exclusion in physical education classes are recurrent problems in
schools, which can impact student development. Based on the exposed theme, the objective of
the investigation was to identify, through a systematic review of the scientific literature in the
LILACS and Redalyc databases, the factors that lead to the exclusion or self-exclusion of
students in this context. Specifically, the research aimed to map the number of scientific articles
on the subject and identify the factors that lead to exclusion or self-exclusion, based on the
works found. Based on the Systematic Literature Review, 15 articles were raised which, after
reading the titles, abstracts and complete works, fit within the scope of the investigation. The
results indicate that several factors contribute to exclusion, such as: a little inclusive teaching
style, lack of teacher training to deal with diversity, bullying, discrimination due to physical
characteristics, lack of motor skills of students, shame, fear of being judged, violent physical
activities and lack of material resources in schools. Regarding self-exclusion, this tangle of
situations competes so that the subject himself moves away from classes in schools.
