Summary
No final do século XX as teorias macroeconômicas caminharam em conjunto a
pressupostos que retomavam os conceitos clássicos de economia como o pleno emprego e a
Teoria Quantitativa da moeda, daí nasce o chamado Novo Consenso Macroeconômico. O
presente trabalho busca compreender as políticas econômicas brasileiras entre os anos 2003-
2010 e 2011-2014 tendo-se base que as mesmas foram orientadas a partir dos conceitos postos
pelo Novo Consenso Macroeconômico e responder a questão: Existiu de fato uma Nova
Matriz Macroeconomia? Para responder a essa indagação utilizaremos do arcabouço
heterodoxo privilegiando as teorias: Keynesiana, pós-keynesiana e teoria estruturalista da
Inflação.
Abstract
At the end of the twentieth century the macroeconomic theories walked together to
assumptions that took up the classical concepts of economy as full employment and the
Quantitative Theory of money, from which the so-called New Macroeconomic Consensus
was born. The present work seeks to understand the Brazilian economic policies between the
years 2003-2010 and 2011-2014 based on that they were oriented from the concepts put
forward by the New Consensus and answer the question: Has there really been a New Matrix
Macroeconomics? To answer this question, we will use the heterodox framework favoring the
theories: Keynesian, Post Keynesian and Structuralist theory of Inflation.
