Resumo
O presente trabalho tem como finalidade uma reflexão sobre a função materna,
especificamente, no que tange à questão da forma como o discurso da mãe, em casos de
adolescentes em conflito com a lei, tem possibilitado ou não a transmissão do Nome do
Pai. Também será considerado que as configurações familiares contemporâneas
possuem dimensões distintas daquelas que deram origem às teorizações do Complexo
de Édipo. A partir deste escopo analisou-se como isso repercute na adolescência,
quando a mãe, na qualidade de Outro Primordial, será novamente interrogada e o
momento também de o adolescente separar-se de seus objetos primordiais. Tendo como
referência uma leitura psicanalítica, analisou-se a configuração de quatro famílias em
que os filhos adolescentes estavam cumprindo medidas sócio-educativas de Liberdade
Assistida, permitindo a coleta de informações qualitativas como as diversas dimensões
da feminilidade, a partir de onde foi possível compreender a construção do Outro
Primordial e do sujeito desejante que operou a transmissão do Nome do Pai. Os
resultados encontrados demonstraram um funcionamento familiar pautado pela
horizontalização das relações entre pais e filhos na contemporaneidade e na fragilidade
da nomeação paterna nos casos de adolescentes em conflito com a lei, levando o
adolescente ao ato transgressor, como forma de fazer suplência a esta precária
nomeação.
Abstract
This work aims to reflect on the maternal role, specifically in regard to the question of
how the discourse of the mother, in cases of adolescents in conflict with the law, has
allowed or not the transmission of the Name of the Father. Also is considered that the
contemporary family configurations, have dimensions different from those that led to
theories of the Oedipus Complex. At this scope we analyzed how this affects the teens
when his mother, acting as Another Primordial will be questioned again and when the
teenager also separate themselves from their primordial objects. Taking as reference a
psychoanalytic reading, we analyzed the configuration of four families in which teens
were fulfilling socio-educational measures for Assisted Freedom, allowing the
collection of qualitative information such as the various dimensions of femininity, from
where it was possible to understand the construction of the Another Primordial and the
desiring subject who operated the transmission of the Name of the Father The results
showed a family operation guided by flattening of the relationship between parents and
children in contemporary society and the fragility of the appointment father in cases of
adolescents in conflict with the law, leading to the adolescent offender act, as a way to
do this poor substitutive appointment.
