Estudou-se em 30 fetos de suínos da linhagem Pen Ar Lan as origens e distribuições dos nervos femorais, após fixação em solução aquosa de formaldeído a 10%. Houve uma variação no número de vértebras lombares nestes animais, que foram de cinco a sete, com predominância de seis. O nervo femoral originou-se em 6,66% dos antímeros do ramo ventral do terceiro nervo espinhal lombar (L3); em 56,66% do quarto (L4); em 100% do quinto (L5), em 90,00% do sexto (L6) e em 6,66% do sétimo (L7). O referido nervo apresentou simetria em 86,66% dos antímeros e enviou ramos para os músculos psoas maior em 85,00% dos casos, o pectíneo em 96,66% e para os vastos medial, lateral, intermédio e reto femoral em 100% dos antímeros. Em todos os espécimes o nervo femoral emitiu o nervo safeno que enviou ramos para o músculo sartório em 100% dos antímeros.
Abstract
Studied in 30 pig fetuses line Pen Ar Lan, the origin and distribution of the femoral nerve, after fixation in aqueous 10% formaldehyde. There was variation in number of the lumbar vertebrae, that were fite to seven, with a predominance of six. The femoral nerve originated in antimeres 6,66% of the ventral branch of the thirth lumbar espinal nerve (L3); in 56,66% of the fourth (L4); in 100% of the fifth (L5), in 90,00% of the sixth (L6) and in 6,66% of the seventh (L7). The related nerve showed symmetry in antimeres 86,66% and sent branches to the psoar major muscle in 85,00% of the cases, the pectineous in 96,66% and to the vast medial, lateral, intermediate and rectus femoris in antimeres 100%. In all the especimes the femoral nerve issued the safene nerve that distributed in sartorius muscle in antimeres 100%.
