The process is governed by MEC Ordinance No. 982 of October 3, 2013, and by Resolution No. 3/2017 of the University Council of UFU, dated June 9, 2017, which provides the official guidelines for memorial preparation. The period covered extends from 1997, the year I joined UFU at the School of Health Sciences, to 2011. This document presents a critical account of my academic trajectory, emphasizing contributions in teaching, research, extension, and academic management over 14 years of service at ESTES/UFU. It also outlines the development of my professional identity as a teacher and scholar, beginning with my early professional experiences and progressing through the main activities carried out in the aforementioned areas.
