Title: Era História ou Ficção?
Abstract: This study investigates the use of Drama as a pedagogical approach to the teaching of History.
To this end, a Drama process was developed with students in the second year of upper secondary
education at a public school in the city of Uberlândia, Brazil. The process was structured
through strategies, roles, episodes, and the collaborative construction of fictional narratives
inspired by Greek poleis. During the investigation, methodological procedures such as field
notes, interviews, and the analysis of interactions experienced throughout the pedagogical
process were employed, providing the basis for the records and reflections presented in this
dissertation. In the planning and implementation of the process, elements of Role-Playing
Games (RPGs) were also incorporated and adapted in order to enhance the narrative, creative,
and participatory dimensions of the experience. The dissertation presents both theoretical
concepts related to the Drama approach, drawn from the field of theatre pedagogy, and a
narrative and analysis of the process developed within the school context. Based on the analysis
of the proposed Drama process, this study argues that Drama fosters active and transdisciplinary
learning, enabling students to critically reflect on historical issues, power relations, and notions
of citizenship. More broadly, it concludes that Drama expands the possibilities of History
teaching and contributes to the critical, reflective, and participatory formation of students.

Abstract: This dissertation aimed to research and understand methodologies for creating scenic
processes with hybrid puppets. This process sought to verify the use of common technical
procedures among them, including the use of co-presence. Initially, we started with the
study of terminologies involving the names puppet, hybrid, and hybrid puppet, to then
propose possible nomenclatures within the languages of contemporary animation theater.
In a second moment, a study was undertaken of the statements made in the online meeting
in live format between Brazilian artists dedicated to hybrid puppets regarding the
definitions and poetics of this language, held in July 2021 and promoted by the Rede de
Bonequeiras Brasileiras. A survey of the recurrences found in the artists' statements was
carried out, followed by an analysis of their creative processes and characteristics of
working with hybrid puppets.

Abstract: The structural dynamics of the dance market reveal a persistent disconnection between artistic production and financial returns, thereby posing significant challenges to the sector's economic sustainability. In response to this issue, methodologies such as coolhunting and strategic planning, alongside tools for conceptual development, are proposed as mechanisms to systematize the organizational processes of dance companies. A marked integration of digital technologies in contemporary dance practices is evident, and their incorporation into strategic frameworks for small groups is deemed indispensable. This study hypothesizes that Strategic Design can be collectively applied throughout all phases of a company’s development—from structural organization to the creation of new artistic proposals—in order to inform and guide production within the dance field. The objective of this research is to examine the applicability of strategic design tools in supporting small dance companies in securing financial resources, ensuring organizational continuity, and preserving the core artistic values of their work. The dance collective *Provisório Corpo* was selected as a case study for the development of a strategic design prototype. The simulation was conducted using data obtained from document analysis, particularly of projects submitted to and approved by the cultural incentive program of the municipality of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The project comprised a scope analysis, strategic definition, and scenario construction. The outcomes were synthesized into a strategic panel, which underwent heuristic evaluation to validate the proposed strategies. The final considerations underscore the practical relevance of the tools developed and emphasize the potential for their application in future research within the dance field. While the need to optimize organizational strategies is critical for the cultural market integration of dance companies, such efforts do not diminish the essential role of public funding and state support. It is proposed that the methodologies and materials developed herein can be revised, tested, and replicated by researchers and artists alike, contributing to the refinement and expansion of strategic practices in the performing arts.
