Title: Gestão do fluxo de informações e geração de valor no varejo de panificação: o ecossistema PadocaPro
Abstract: The objective of this technological report was to describe the development process of the
PadocaPro platform, an integrated information management and decision support system
for a microenterprise in the bakery sector, as well as to outline the expected results from
its implementation. The identified problem situation was a management relying on
manual controls and a lack of indicators, which compromised visibility over sales,
inventory, and production, and hindered decision support. As a solution, the PadocaPro
platform was designed and developed, integrating the point of sale (POS), production
control through technical sheets, delivery management for monthly clients, and financial
control into a single information management environment. As expected results, the
structuring and organization of the operational data flow, the automation of loss (waste)
control, and the generation of management dashboards stand out. These will enable the
monitoring of fundamental metrics, ensuring decision support for the manager.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a technical-technological product—specifically, a digital platform for psychographic segmentation and compatibility matching between roommates—focused on the realities and housing needs of university students. The research proposal stemmed from identifying recurring issues in shared living arrangements, such as incompatible routines, divergent daily habits, and a lack of search tools capable of matching options based on consumer behavior. To address these challenges, the study combined psychographic modeling with analytical algorithms to offer features such as lifestyle mapping, real-time calculation of mutual affinity scores, and an interactive environment to connect compatible profiles. Utilizing a modular, intuitive, and responsive architecture, the system facilitates an efficient matching process for potential roommates based on subjective behavioral data. Grounded in an empirical and methodological framework, the project developed methods to ensure rigor in attitudinal measurement and the elimination of response bias; deliverables included an analytical roommate compatibility model, a mobile-responsive interface, a functional conversational interaction prototype, and methodological documentation. The study's results demonstrate the potential to reduce perceived risk when selecting roommates, thereby fostering greater contractual stability, improving domestic harmony, and contributing to community well-being within the university ecosystem.

Automação do acompanhamento de leads com Power Automate e Microsoft 365 em uma empresa de telecomunicações

Title: Automação do acompanhamento de leads com Power Automate e Microsoft 365 em uma empresa de telecomunicações
Abstract: This technological report aimed to describe the process of adopting and implementing an
automation using Microsoft Power Automate integrated with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in
the lead management area of a telecommunications company. As the problem situation, the
difficulty of monitoring open leads was identified; they were controlled manually in
spreadsheets, without a structured process for following up with consultants or a mechanism
for escalation to leadership, which undermined standardization and favored the loss of
opportunities. As a solution, an automated workflow was developed that sends weekly
notifications to the consultants responsible for critical leads and escalates consolidated
information to managers and directors according to the management level. As achieved results,
the following stand out: the standardization of critical lead monitoring, the increase in
managerial visibility over open opportunities, the increase in the percentage of leads with
registered visits from 26% to 36%, and the reduction of the average follow-up SLA from 22 to
15 days.
