Title: Uso da análise preliminar de riscos (APR) para a gestão ambiental e ocupacional dos riscos relacionados a reciclagem
Abstract: The objective of this study was to evaluate the environmental impacts and occupational risks in a recycling unit in Uberlândia-MG. The research consists of the use of risk management as an analysis of these, once present in the recycling unit field of study of this investigation. In order to carry out the proposed management, a Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) was constructed, identifying, from different analyzes, four risks (chemical, physical, ergonomic and accident) present at the site, and a total of nineteen origins. of them come from the same risk. From these analyzes, a risk map was made to better visualize the impacts that may be present in these environments. Control and preventive measures were also proposed for the risks present at this site, which range from organizational readjustments to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site. Thus, there was a direct influence on the use of APR to manage risks related to the work environment, improving the employee's quality of life, as well as improving the work process and administrative functions of a company in this field.

Title: Vivendo com HIV/AIDS em Uberlândia-MG: uma analise do perfil epidemiológico e sociodemográfico de pacientes atendidos no terceiro setor
Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the epidemiological and sociodemographic variables of people with HIV/aids who were attended at a Non-Governmental Organization in the city of Uberlândia-MG, with emphasis on adherence to antiretroviral therapy and access to social assistance and social security benefits. Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted using secondary data from 1997 to 2018. A database was created using the Epi Info 7.2 program to computerize handwritten and physically archived records. Descriptive, bivariate and multivariate statistical analysis was performed in this same program. Results: A total of 426 HIV-positive registrations were found, most of them men (55.4%), heterosexual sexual orientation (50.0%) and age group 30-39 years (28.0%). Of the individuals evaluated, 337 (79.1%) informed in their register whether they received social security or assistance benefits. Only 148 (44%) received any of these benefits. Among those records that had information on adherence to antiretroviral therapy (328 individuals), 267 (81.4%) reported that they were on antiretroviral therapy. The presence of Sexually Transmitted Infections (OR = 4.37) and CD4 + cell counts above 350 mm3 (OR = 3.90) were associated with receiving assistance or social security benefits. Age was associated with adherence to antiretroviral therapy (OR = 1.05).Conclusions: It is imperative that NGOs and health services characterize user profiles, assess regional factors associated with treatment, access to social rights, and elaborate intervention plans applied to the analysis of the findings. NGOs play a key role in supporting the person living with HIV / AIDS in addressing of the multifaceted clinical and psychosocial aspects of the disease.
