Through the story of Miguel Santos, who takes over the management of the "Mirante Bar," the case presents real dilemmas within a fictional narrative. Among the challenges faced by bars are compliance with public policies, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability. By placing participants amid these dilemmas, the case aims to encourage reflection on the management of organizations that promote nightlife entertainment. The study proposes discussions on how public policies can be contextualized according to local community characteristics and strategies to build harmonious relationships between entrepreneurs, customers, residents, and public authorities.
