Methodology: A bibliographic review was carried out, based on scientific articles published in the last 5 years exposed in online bases. Results: The effectiveness of the rigid board and Scoop by the APH service rescuers was proven, as long as it is performed within the proper technique. It was possible to identify the need to perform the CMR with quality, avoiding adverse events, iatrogenics. Conclusion: It is concluded the importance of carrying out training and continuous training of PHC teams on cervical immobilization and CMR. https://repositorio.ufu.br/handle/123456789/36581 Title: Simulação realística: principais conceitos Abstract: Objective: To describe the main concepts of realistic simulation in healthcare found in the literature. Methodology: The present study is a literature review conducted during the month of November 2022 with research in books and online databases. Results: The following terms were found: therapeutic toy, role-playing, scenario, simulated patient, debriefing, feedback, low-fidelity simulators, medium-fidelity simulators, and high-fidelity simulators. The sample consisted of 15 articles, with the majority reporting research carried out with nurses and the majority, 86.7%, reporting a positive impacto f realistic simulation on the continuing education of health professionals. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, with an exploratory and descriptive character. After selection, the final sample resulted in 4 articles included. Results: Throughout the air rescue process, the nurse is of paramount importance, in the management of inputs and equipment, in the discussion about the clinical case and their assistance priorities, providing comprehensive and effective assistance. Conclusion: This research showed how important and indispensable is the role of nurses during aeromedical rescue.
