Title: Metodologias ágeis na gestão de projetos do setor público
Abstract: Increasingly, a large mechanism of appropriate tools is now being observed to enhance the project management process. And starting from this daydream the work outlines a goal of understanding through the theoretical framework what would be the implementation of agile methodologies and their barriers in the public sector. Note that there is a need to innovate project management practices in the public sphere, given that the premise is the public good at the service of society. In this context, we highlight the most used agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP and others. Such methodologies and their terms are understood to originate from a sport and, in turn, are indicated for projects with many changes and in a sudden and constant way. We sought to understand the complex and slow process of implementing agile methodologies in public organizations, and their adoption with agile models will primarily be through analysis and adoption as pilot projects.
