Abstract: This paper presents a proposal for an instrument to assess knowledge management in projects conducted under agile approaches, focusing on the intra-project dimension of the model developed by Almeida (2016). Considering that agile environments are characterised by iterative cycles, intense communication and a high level of collaboration, knowledge management becomes an essential element in supporting continuous adaptation, team learning and the construction of solutions aligned with customer needs. However, despite the relevance of this topic, there is a gap in the literature regarding the operationalisation of models that allow for a structured diagnosis of how knowledge is created, shared, and applied in this context. Based on a comprehensive theoretical review of Agile Project Management and Knowledge Management, this study discusses fundamental concepts such as agile practices and rituals, team autonomy, the role of the Product Owner, and processes for creating, acquiring, sharing, and applying knowledge. Methodologically, the study is characterised as applied research, with a quantitative approach and explanatory nature, conducted through a survey. The construction of the instrument was based on a comprehensive theoretical review of KM and GAP, complemented by two Systematic Literature Reviews, focusing on studies that used Structural Equation Modelling. Based on this framework, constructs were defined and indicators previously validated in the literature were selected, which were adapted and organised into a structured questionnaire with Likert-type scales. As its main result, the study presents a theoretical instrument capable of systematically representing the processes of creation, acquisition, sharing, and application of knowledge in the intra-project environment, as well as its relationships with project characteristics, agile practices, and perceived results. Abstract: This work presents the detailed planning of scope, time, and cost for the construction of an 80
m² A-frame tourist chalet, located in the interior of São Paulo. The relevance of the topic is
justified by the strong development of the region as a viticultural hub and by the growth of
wine tourism, which drives the demand for differentiated accommodations. The study was
motivated by the opportunity to apply Production Engineering tools to technically structure
the enterprise and ensure its viability. Characterized as applied research with a quantitative
methodological approach, the work is configured as a single case study with a descriptive
objective. The methodology consisted of developing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for
scope delimitation, followed by the application of the PERT Method and identification of the
Critical Path for temporal planning, in addition to the preparation of a detailed budget with
ABC Curve and S-Curve analyses. The results demonstrate that the project requires a total
investment of R$ 345,622.61 and presents a total duration of 258 days, a schedule that covers
the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and land acquisition to the final delivery of
the work. Within this period, the specific stage of civil construction execution comprises a
total of 62 days. The ABC Curve analysis revealed that only five out of fourteen items
concentrate about 80% of the costs. Economic viability was validated by indicators such as
Discounted Payback and Net Present Value (NPV), showing that the integration of these tools
increases project predictability and reliability. The Discounted Payback obtained was 2.77
years, while the NPV presented a positive result of R$ 57,580.27, indicating economic value
generation for the project. Thus concluding that structured planning is fundamental to the
success of capital projects, serving as a replicable methodological model for the tourism
