Title: Marketing de conteúdo e comportamento do consumidor: uma revisão integrativa sobre sua influência na intenção de compra
Abstract: Content marketing has assumed a strategic role in the digital environment, becoming a relevant tool for building relationships between brands and consumers. In this context, this study aimed to analyze the influence of content marketing strategies on consumers' perceived value and purchase intention within the digital landscape. To achieve this objective, an integrative literature review was conducted, drawing on national and international scientific articles in the fields of Management and Marketing. Analysis of the studies revealed that content marketing indirectly influences consumer behavior by generating perceived value, building trust, strengthening digital authority, and fostering engagement. The results demonstrate that content which is relevant, informative, and aligned with audience needs helps reduce uncertainty, bolster brand credibility, and increase the propensity to purchase. It was also found that factors such as authenticity, the humanization of communication, digital influence, and social media interaction play a significant role in shaping consumer attitudes. The study concludes that content marketing is a strategic asset capable of strengthening the relationship between companies and consumers, thereby contributing to value creation, trust consolidation, and the stimulation of purchase intention in the digital environment.

Title: O papel do marketing sensorial na decisão de compra do consumidor (need for touch)
Abstract: Sensory marketing has gained prominence as a technique capable of influencing consumer behavior by stimulating the senses. In this context, the sense of touch emerges as a crucial factor for product categories requiring physical evaluation prior to purchase. This study aimed to examine how the "Need for Touch" affects risk perception, decision-making confidence, and purchase intention among customers of an optical store, considering products with both utilitarian and hedonic characteristics. The research employed a descriptive, quantitative approach using a structured survey questionnaire administered to customers of an optical store in Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais. The sample consisted of 46 participants, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The results indicated that the instrumental dimension of the need for touch had a greater impact on risk perception, decision-making confidence, and purchase intention for both utilitarian and hedonic products. Furthermore, the study found that, in the context of purchasing eyewear, touch is valued primarily as a means to reduce uncertainty and boost confidence in the choice; conversely, the autotelic dimension showed a relatively greater effect only on the intention to purchase hedonic products, though this did not reach statistical significance. These findings suggest that offering opportunities for physical interaction with products at the point of sale can help reduce risk perception and increase consumer confidence during the purchasing process, thereby supporting sensory marketing strategies within the optical sector.

Title: Sistema de apoio à decisão para gestão de custos e horas de manutenção via dashboards: um estudo de caso em indústria de laticínios
Abstract: Industrial maintenance management is a critical function for business competitiveness,
especially in sectors with low operating margins such as the dairy industry. In the context
studied, maintenance cost management presented fragmented information across multiple
spreadsheets and a lack of standardized monitoring of team hour allocation, compromising
budgetary predictability and managerial decision-making. The objective of this work is to
propose the implementation of a Management Information System with a Decision Support
function (DSS) for the management of Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC) indicators by
production cell, based on the SAP PM system, for controlling maintenance costs and hour
allocation for maintenance personnel in a dairy industry. This is applied research with a
predominantly qualitative approach to the problem, using quantitative data and analyses.
Considering the objectives, the research is descriptive in nature, and, regarding methodological
procedures, it is characterized as a case study, as it focuses on a single organization. The
methodology was based on the four phases of SAD development proposed by Laudon and
Laudon (2014) (Intelligence, Discovery, Selection, and Implementation), integrated with Lean
Manufacturing principles for waste elimination. The results demonstrated significant gains: a
91.7% reduction in cost data fragmentation, an increase from 43% to 71% of production cells
within the budget target, and a 73.7% growth in the hours allocation indicator (38% to 66%),
in addition to an annual gain of R$ 100,399.82 from previously unrecorded hours. The
comparative analysis of November 2025 versus January 2026 showed a rebalancing in the
budget allocation among cells, with particular emphasis on the reduction of cost concentration
in Milk Powder from 47% to 37%. The Decision Support System (DSS) has become
institutionalized in management routines, validating the effectiveness of accessible
technological solutions when based on a structured methodology and aligned with the real needs
of users.

Title: A atuação do/a assistente social no processo de desospitalização de pessoas idosas
Abstract: This article, part of a course completion study, addresses the process of discharging elderly individuals with weakened family ties from hospitals. It starts from the premise that aging constitutes a heterogeneous process, traversed by expressions of the Social Question, with manifestations of social exclusion, abandonment, and lack of family support and, above all, public social protection stemming from Social Policies. Thus, the general objective of this study is to problematize the process of discharging elderly individuals with weakened ties from hospitals, emphasizing the importance of family and Social Policies, whose absence presents a set of challenges to the Social Worker in the discharging process. The research is bibliographic and documentary in nature, using a qualitative method based on historical-dialectical materialism. It articulated important documents such as the Statute of the Elderly Person and documents from the CFESS/CRESS system with the reality experienced by the student during her supervised internship in Social Work at the Hospital das Clínicas in Uberlândia/MG. The results highlight the importance of the family as the primary support network, and especially the public attention given to protective social policies such as social assistance and health. Regarding professional practice, it was also observed that the social worker is a professional who requires knowledge and resilience in the face of rights violations and social vulnerabilities experienced by the elderly, necessitating a dynamic approach and a search for protective responses and rights for the individuals, in this case, the elderly and their families.
